Business process automation
Turn repetitive steps such as intake, data entry, reconciliation and reporting into workflows that run on their own.
AI automation · Dallas–Fort Worth
Cyrus Forge Systems builds custom automations, integrations and AI assistants for small businesses and larger teams. We start with one process, make it work, and grow from there, on whichever AI platform fits you best.
A typical automation
Requests come in
Email, forms, spreadsheets
The work gets done
Sorted, checked and entered by code and AI
You get the result
A report, an update or a ready-to-send reply
Work that removes the copy-paste, the double entry and the weekly report nobody enjoys making.
Turn repetitive steps such as intake, data entry, reconciliation and reporting into workflows that run on their own.
Connect the tools you already pay for, such as Google Workspace, spreadsheets and business apps, so data moves without retyping.
Assistants that draft, summarize, sort and answer, built on the AI platform that fits your work and checked before they act.
Set up for one person: inbox triage, schedules, budgets and reminders that run in the background.
Platforms we build on: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Meta Muse, Microsoft Copilot, Google Workspace, and custom code where it fits better.
Most automation projects fail by trying to do everything at once. We build in small, working phases you can see and use.
01 · MAP
A short conversation about where time goes, then a written plan with a clear first step and what it should save.
02 · BUILD
A working first version on real data, tested before it touches anything important.
03 · GROW
Once the first piece earns its keep, we add the next one, with documentation you can keep.
Our own product
The same approach, applied to the NFL: Cyrus prices passing yards and anytime touchdowns as fair odds every week and shows its work.
Cyrus Forge Systems, LLC was founded in 2026 by Rob Legorreta, who brings nearly 30 years in telecommunications and enterprise systems to small-business automation.
At Verizon, Rob supported more than 100 contact centers and 20,000+ agent and station IDs on Avaya Communication Manager, moved 3,000+ station IDs to Cisco Jabber, and migrated E911 to Fios IPACD. He built the Google Apps Script automation that cut a 24-to-48-hour ID audit to under 10 minutes and recovered more than $216,000 in unused licenses. Before Verizon, he built operations and training programs for a 365-store wireless retailer; today he puts that mix of systems and people experience to work for small businesses and teams buried in manual, repetitive work.
